Avilla Grove is truly a unique home experience with its combination of privacy, luxury, and maintenance free living.  Our luxury apartment homes in Prosper, TX provide you with the amenities and comforts you look forward to when coming home. We also welcome up to three pets per a home and have no breed restrictions applied. We only require a meet-and-greet with the front office before they move in.

Pet Policy

We love your well behaved pets! Avilla welcomes all dog breeds, ages, and sizes. 3 pets per home maximum. Pet interview required. All fees are per pet.
Step into your home through your own private entrance and be greeted by stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, high-end finishes, and airy 10-foot-high ceilings. Each of our homes include personal backyards with patios you can enjoy on warm sunny days. We offer one, two, & three-bedroom luxury homes.

At Avilla Grove, we take pride in providing our residents with great outdoor green spaces and walking paths leading to each of our extravagant community features. Take a stroll with your pup through our walking paths and head over to the picnic and grilling area to gather with friends and family. The resort-inspired pool & spa are also a great feature to take advantage of for your lounging and relaxation desires!

A great home is made even better by the location, and the perks it offers. Need to head out? Grab a quick bite at the nearby Toasted Walnut and Market. Feeling active? Try out the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve or the Old Celina Park, both just minutes from your home.
